Description:
A bylaw to regulate land use and the locations and use of buildings by creating zoning districts (zones) and applicable development regulations. This includes a list of defined uses, establishing which uses are Permitted, Discretionary or Prohibited in each zone, regulations for setbacks, site coverage and maximum height, and general regulations for parking, landscaping, storm water management, decks, fences, garages and home based businesses.
