Phase 2A of the Water Main Replacement program will take place starting Monday, May 29. The road will be closed on Circlebrooke Drive between Crestwood Crescent and Parkview Road. Phase 1 will also continue to be closed on Circlebrooke Drive between Glenbrooke Drive and Riverview Road.

2023 RCMP Bike Safety Rodeo kicks off today, Monday, May 15 at M.C. Knoll School

The Yorkton RCMP is pleased to host their annual Grade three Bike Safety Rodeo again this year from May 15-18, 2023. Rodeos will take place at each of the eight elementary schools in Yorkton which will total 260 students.
The kick-off event takes place today, Monday, May 15 with M.C. Knoll Elementary School at the Heritage Baptist Church Parking Lot off of Darlington St. E.

York Road Reconstruction Phase 1A set to begin Friday, May 12, 2023

The City of Yorkton has partnered with Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure (part of the Urban Highway Connector Program) for the reconstruction of York Road from Gladstone Avenue to Highway 9.
Construction is set to begin this week, and take approximately two years to complete. Road closures and construction will be set up in phases, so that traffic and business disruption is kept to a minimum during the duration of the project.
