The Westland Arena is a multi purpose arena with seating for up to 3,120 in the Gallagher Centre. All seating is individual moulded plastic seats constructed on a riser mount system. Accessible seating is along the top row of section A allowing easy access to washrooms and the elevator. Surrounding the ice surface is 8' of tempered glass. Amenities

With room for up to 40 people, the Blue Room is complete with a bar service area, tables, chairs and separate washrooms with exterior access. This multi-purpose space can be used for a wide variety of events, including meetings, parties, workshops, and group programming. Multi-purpose recreation spaces
The City of Yorkton houses one gymnasium, and two court spaces located in the Gloria Hayden Community Centre. A multi-purpose 25,300 square foot field house is located in the Gallagher Centre. The Access Communications Water Park Play Zone is a party room located off the viewing gallery. The Play Zone has a chalkboard, peg wall, corn hole and a ball run that makes it the perfect place to host a birthday party! The capacity for this space is 30 people. Outdoor sports fields
Outdoor sports fields are available to rent during ideal conditions.
Parks
Parks in Yorkton are available to be used for events. There is no cost to rent a park, however fees may be charged for special requests and services. The park rental process is to ensure any maintenance is completed in advance and not during your event.

Parks cannot be closed to the public during an event.
Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy is applicable to all facility rentals. Cancellations must be received seven business days before the booking to receive a refund. Cancellations and refunds are subject to an administration fee. Refunds will not be processed for cancellations with less than seven business days notice. If the cancelled time slot can be rented to another person, organization, or group a refund will be issued. “No Show” rentals are subject to the full rental price and are not eligible for refunds.
