Large Events and Tradeshows

All facilities at the Gallagher Centre have the capabilities to accommodate large events and tradeshows. Facilities can be booked on their own or at the same time to accommodate varying sizes of events.

National Bank Convention Place

The National Bank Convention Place is on the second floor of the Gallagher Centre. You can access this room from the main staircase or the elevator. The 5,304 square foot space has seating for up to 450 people with banquet-styled seating and room for 40 tradeshow booths. The National Bank Convention Place has the ability to divide into three separate rooms for smaller meetings.

Flexihall

The Gallagher Centre Flexihall is a 25,300 square feet multi-use recreation facility. The Flexihall is home to a variety of community based athletic programs and has the capacity to host tradeshows, banquets, meetings and cabarets. The rubber flooring offers a multi-functional and durable surface. The Flexihall can accommodate 100 booths for tradeshows and 1,200 people with banquet-styled seating.

Curling rink

Our curling rink is designed to hold eight sheets of ice during the winter season. From April to October, the ice is removed, revealing a 16,992 square foot concrete venue. The curling rink can hold 80 booths and 500 people with banquet-styled seating.

The City of Yorkton's Business Licence Bylaw requires all vendors attending a trade show in Yorkton city limits to have a valid City of Yorkton business or transient trader licence.
