Public Notice Proposed Bylaw No. 6/2022 Amend Traffic Bylaw No. 18/2016

The proposed Traffic Bylaw amendment will include changes to Play and School Zone speed limits, a change to the length of time vehicles can be parked on the street, and the addition of a section to regulate U-turns.

A Public Hearing will be held on Monday, March 28, 2022 at 5:00 pm in City Hall Council Chambers, Yorkton, Sk. City Council will hear all persons who are present and wish to speak to the proposed bylaw and all written submissions will be read verbatim unless the submitter is in attendance to speak on the submission.

All written submissions must be received by 9:00 am on Wednesday, March 23, 2022. They must be directed to Jessica Matsalla, Director of Legislation & Procedures (City Clerk).
