NOTICE OF SECOND CALL FOR NOMINATIONS

Election for Board Trustees

Christ the Teacher Catholic School Division No. 212

Yorkton at Large Subdivision

Public Notice is hereby given that in accordance with sections 78 (1) of The Local Government Elections Act, 2015, the number of candidates for the Christ the Teacher Catholic School Division No. 212 - Yorkton at Large Subdivision Election is less than the number of the number of vacancies, and therefore, a second Call for Nominations is hereby issued. Nominations of candidates for the office of:

Board Member:   Christ the Teacher Catholic Separate School Division No. 212
                              City of Yorkton Subdivision
                              Number to be elected - One (1)

will be received by Jessica Matsalla - Returning Officer, or Amanda Dietz – Associate Returning Officer, or other Nomination Officers appointed, during regular business hours: 8:00 am to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday less statutory holidays), commencing on Friday, October 11 to Wednesday, October 23, 2024.

Forms may be submitted:

a)    personally by the candidate or by an agent (must also provide an ‘Appointment of Candidate’s Agent’ form), to the Returning Officer’s Office, City Hall, 2nd Floor, 37 – Third Avenue North, Yorkton, Saskatchewan;
b)    by registered or ordinary mail to P.O. Box 400 – Yorkton, Saskatchewan – S3N 2W3;
c)    by fax at (306) 786-6880;
d)    by e-mail to elections@yorkton.ca .  

Nomination forms may be obtained from the Christ the Teacher Catholic School Division Office – 45 A Palliser Way Yorkton, SK and on the websites: www.christtheteacher.ca; or linked at www.yorktonvotes.ca .
