Shutdown maintenance at the Access Communications Water Park begins Monday, August 14th

The Access Communications Water Park is East-Central Saskatchewan's only indoor aquatic facility offering year-round swimming.

2023 Shutdown is scheduled to begin Monday, August 14.

With the facility operating year-round, a bi-annual shut down is required to provide standard maintenance practices such as:

  • Cleaning of all areas
  • Maintenance repairs of all mechanical equipment
  • Cleaning the sand filter
  • Tuning of the wave machine

For 2023's shut down, the following projects and updates will be addressed:

  • Water Park's Dehumidification System Upgrades
  • Replacing Hot Water Storage Tanks
  • Sound System Upgrades
  • Wave Pool Under Water Light Upgrades
  • Water Park Accessibility Lifts and Door installation
