Tax Certificates
A tax certificate is a legal document that provides the following information for a property:
- Roll number
- Lien registration number and date
- Address
- Legal description
- Current assessment
- Current year tax information
- Balance of account
- Appeals on the property
The cost for a tax certificate is $20.00 per roll number. Once we receive proof of payment (scanned copy of cheque) we will email the tax certificate to you.
